Randy Carson (Owner)
Randy was raised in Jackson, Tennessee, and is a graduate of Jackson South Side High School and the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Prior to establishing Extended Family Services, he has worked in the healthcare business since 1982. He worked as a hospital administrator for Methodist Healthcare in Memphis, and HCA in Florida. After moving to Maryville in 1999, he has done extensive hospital / healthcare consulting throughout the country. He opened the doors of Extended Family in 2004, in hopes of helping out families in need of care for their loved ones.
Wendy Carson (Owner)
Wendy was raised in Kingsport TN and attended East Tennessee State University where she attained her masters in City Management. After marrying Randy, the two moved to west Tennessee before returning back east in 1999. They chose to move to Maryville while Randy was mainly working from home because it was a great place to raise a family. She has worked as a grant writer for the East Tennessee Development district and also spent several years working in the Maryville City school system before Extended Family.
Pam Clark (Office Manager)
Pam was raised in South Knoxville, and moved to Maryville in 2001. Pam spent over 18 years as an Office Manager and 3 years as an Administrative Assistant before coming to Extended Family Services in 2005. She has been the Office Manager since its inception and has an extensive background in office management.
Bethany Anderson (Director of Marketing and Business Development)
Bethany was raised in Maryville, TN where she attended Maryville High school. After graduating she attended East Tennessee State University and obtained a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, and a minor in Digital Media. She runs a photography business based out of Maryville and focuses on high school senior portraits, and commercial photography. She now works part time in the office of Extended Family and is helping with social media, online marketing, advertising, and other business development needs.
